What is myEuropcar's car subscription?

myEuropcar is a flexible car subscription and a smart alternative to leasing or buying a car. You can subscribe online in just a few minutes.

Your monthly fixed rate includes services, a basic protection package, a basic kilometre allowance, and coverage for maintenance and wear & tear— with no starting fee!

Choose from flexible minimum terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. After that, your car subscription renews monthly for up to 24 months.

What is included in the monthly myEuropcar subscription rate?

The myEuropcar car subscription gives you the benefits of having a car—without the commitment of ownership. Your monthly subscription rate includes:

- Vehicle replacement
- Basic protection package – for added peace of mind
- 1,200 km per month – included as standard
- 1 free additional driver – share the driving at no extra cost

Yes! When booking your vehicle, you can tailor your subscription with optional extras, including:
- Additional kilometre packages
- Enhanced protection packages
- Extra additional drivers
- Delivery and collection services

What other costs are covered?
To make your subscription even more convenient, we’ve also included:
- Registration & vehicle tax
- Maintenance and servicing
- Liability insurance & theft protection

^Fuel costs are not included in the subscription.
*Roadside assistance covers mechanical faults. Additional fees apply for non-mechanical issues such as lost keys, lockouts, or flat batteries caused by driver error.

When will I receive my myEuropcar car?

All our subscription cars are available within 7 days of completing your request. During the booking process, you can also choose a later pickup date to suit your schedule.

How many free kilometers are included per month?

myEuropcar car subscriptions include 1,200 km per month. If you need more, you can add additional kilometre packages (500 km per package) during the booking process, with the option to add up to 6 extra packages, giving you a total of 3,000 km per month.
Unused kilometres cannot be carried over to the following month.
Please note, additional kilometre packages can only be added during the booking process.

Is there a starting fee for myEuropcar?

No, there is no joining fee when you subscribe with myEuropcar.

How does myEuropcar car subscription differ from long-term rental, leasing, or buying a car?

Compared to leasing or buying, a vehicle subscription offers greater flexibility. You can choose a minimum term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with the option to extend up to a maximum of 24 months. Your car subscription renews monthly, and you can cancel with minimal notice, offering more freedom than traditional options.

How is myEuropcar car insured?

Your myEuropcar car subscription includes a Basic Damage Cover package in the monthly price. This covers theft or accidental collision damage, subject to a Damage Excess. If you'd like to reduce the Damage Excess, you can choose between the Medium or Premium protection packages, which reduce the payable amount in the event of damage.

Is there a deposit required and when will it be returned?

A $750 deposit is required on your credit card for security purposes when you subscribe to myEuropcar. The deposit will be refunded once you’ve terminated your subscription, returned the vehicle, and paid any outstanding amounts.

How is myEuropcar car subscription billed?

When you make your booking, we will charge the first monthly rate, including any booked extras and the deposit. Please ensure that your credit card covers this total amount.
Subsequent monthly charges will be processed 10 days before the start of each new month.
Currently, we only accept credit cards as a payment method, and the card must be issued in the name of the subscriber.

Can I select a specific vehicle model?

We offer two options for selecting your vehicle:
Many of our car subscription offers do not specify a particular vehicle model, but instead offer a selected vehicle group. These offers are clearly marked with "or similar" during the booking process. The displayed vehicle is an example from the group of available models.
Car subscriptions marked "Guaranteed Model" in the booking process guarantee a specific model. However, please note that vehicle colour, motorisation (range for electric vehicles), model variant, and equipment features may differ from the image shown.

The discount does not apply to extras.

The promo code must be entered at the final booking step to ensure it is applied correctly.

* The monthly flat rate includes: KM package (1200km/month), vehicle liability, partial and fully comprehensive insurance with deductible, registration costs, vehicle tax, broadcasting license fee, maintenance and wear and tear repairs, seasonal tires, inspections and general inspections as well as booked additional services. The costs for operating resources are not included: fuel, electricity, AdBlue, engine oil and other liquids such as windscreen washer fluid.
